MANDATORY LEAD SERVICE LINE INVENTORY

You should have or will be receiving the following information regarding Lead Service Line Inventory being required by the MN Dept of Health. Bollig Engineering (the City's engineering firm) will be gathering this information for the city. THERE IS NO COST TO YOU TO HAVE THIS INVENTORY COMPLETED. The city received a grant to cover the cost of gathering this information.
We do however need your help. We will need you to either follow the instructions and submit the information to the site provided OR we need you to set up an appointment to allow a Bollig representative to come into your property and inspect the water service line. Information needs to be collected from EVERY property in Lamberton. Even properties that are empty or do not currently use water service need to have the water service line inventoried.
